Under the Lights

Fenway Park home of the Boston Red Sox. My seat in right field provided this perspective with the foul pole splitting my view. Hmm. A neat idea for a painting. Bright lights of a night game became the focus of this work along with the play of color from the night sky blues to greens of the grass field. Yes I watched the game too but when an idea for a painting hits it does take a few innings to get back on track with the game. :) Fans in the seats are more suggestion than specific so the focus stays on the lighting situation.
