Rushing By Today

Mile long stretch of historic millyards alongisde the Amoskeag River is the inspiration fo rthis work. I have heightened the orange colors of the brick and placed familiar clocktowers along the curved set of buildings. The river actually does run right up against the buildings as it rushes by. Boulders, old bridge supports and an island provide interesting elements to this familiar NH milltown scene.
