The large pink with curves shape was created as a piece of collage paper, then it became the starting point of this painting on paper. I liked the wandering pencil line, and added a couple of stamped I saved from mail received. I then took a soft pastel and rubbed it onto a piece of paper towel, then touched some gloss medium on it and smeared in onto this painting toward the right edge. It softened some of the edges of the layers and created some unity with the collaged bits in this work.
