Our Story

This painting has been on quite a journey of design and color. It began as an idea of a village of fishing families and evolved into an idea of generations of fishing families and their history of working on the water. The idea that it is continuing as the world around them has changed became a key idea. The next generations' experiences will surely be different but hopefully an appreciation for the amazing working waterfront will still be alive and well.
