Waiting in Color, Portsmouth NH

Drawn on paper with caran darche wax oil crayon. This line up of tugboats so close to the shoreline of the Piscataqua River on the Portsmouth side is a fun sight for residents and visitors to experience. Guiding enormous tankers to pulling up alongside waterfront restaurants is an amazing sight to see. I've played with intensifying color of reality in favor of a playful take on this subject.
