Along the Way Blue

Framed in light floater. I was experimenting with creating an artwork with no preconceived idea for its design. I had been playing with a design of a braided lobster rope rug and enjoyed the overlapping line patterns. I layered over that with parallel lines similar to waves or ripples on top of the first layers. As I proceeded, I joined lines together to define a flowing pattern with some reflective shapes and highlights. A view of water on different layers seeing through the everchanging flow of light and water.
