Ring Around The Moon

Layers of tissue paper and bold strokes of color began this piece. I had no direction or preplan as to how it would resolve itself-- which is a departure from how I have previously worked. I've frequently worked with a small thumbnail sketch and work towards that. But I am now playing with having no specific plan and seeing where the process of playing with color, texture, and shapes take me.
