This is a companion piece to 'Morningside'. I have applied swatches of fabrics to begin the design process. I then applied acrylic paint in layers to build texture and develop an interesting story. Some of the fabric is from retired sails donated to me by a bag maker Hoist Away Bags in York Maine.
