Working with only the essentials in this piece to eliminate unnecessary elements while heightening color and movement. This piece represents the passing of time along with a fisherman raising his hands in thanks for the opportunities found in hard work and the sea. Pinks and reds are inspired by an absolutely brilliant sunrise over Provincetown harbor several years ago.
