Blues are my favorite colors. This piece is focused on just blues and the beautiful variations of blues from greenish to lavender to rich and transparent. I struggled a bit to marry the boldness of the under painting of numbers in the grid with a graphic way to use my current imagery of coastal life. Here is the result of my process. I am liking the process of doing this piece and will continue onward. Hope you enjoy.
